Product support

For the fastest response, use the in-app support ticket system. When you submit a ticket, it's automatically linked to your account, which lets us diagnose issues much faster than email.

We aim to respond to all support tickets within 2–3 business days. Complex issues may take a little longer but we'll always acknowledge your ticket quickly.

Response times

Email responses typically arrive within 2–3 business days. DMCA and legal notices are prioritised and processed as quickly as possible. For time-sensitive issues, please use the in-app ticket system and note the urgency in your message.
